Introducing Smart (Social) Library to Organise, Curate and Share Knowledge and Wiser Premium Benefits
The Smart Library
[London, June 20, 2023] – We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the long-awaited Smart Social Library that’s set out to solve two large problems in knowledge-based media: content curation/organisation and discovery. At Wiser, all content gets organised in one place and members get inspired by people they follow.
People often struggle to effectively organise and retrieve saved content, with only 16% of bookmarks being used. Algorithm-based recommendations alone fall short in helping users discover trustworthy content – 90% of podcast discovery still relies on word-of-mouth. Understanding the intertwined nature of content curation and discovery, we’ve created a product and a community that aligns these experiences for users.
Organise all your favourite content in one place with AI – Upon pasting the content link, AI generates relevant tags for categorising, thus easy sorting. Users then add the tagged content to one of their curations or create a new one following few simple steps. They can effortlessly go back to it using advanced search and filter, where the library gets filtered based on tags or media type (podcast, article, video.)
Discover content beyond algorithms – What sets Wiser apart is our emphasis on social connectivity that we built on sharing knowledge and discoveries with others. AI recommends relevant articles, podcasts and/or videos that were added by a featured creator in the community. Also, in-app search gives curated results for what members are looking for.
Curate and connect – We’ve built a community of intellectual creators and lifelong learners who provide one another with content recommendations and ideas. The community operates at Discord, where members actively share new curations, as well as podcasts, articles, videos, newsletters they want to recommend or discuss.
